2027 Vision Teams

What are the Vision Teams?
Vision Teams are groups of people from across Connection Point Church who will work alongside pastoral leadership to help shape the future of our church.
Through prayer, collaboration, and intentional planning, these teams will evaluate where we are, identify opportunities for growth, and develop practical strategies to help CPC better fulfill the Great Commandment and Great Commission.
Each CPC campus will have its own Vision Team, allowing us to develop a shared direction while addressing the unique needs of each community.
Throughout 2027, these teams will help build a three-year vision for the next season of ministry, creating opportunities for people to grow spiritually, build meaningful relationships, be equipped for ministry, and live on mission in their everyday lives.
Help Shape What's Next at CPC!
We believe God has given every believer a role in His Church, and we want you to be part of helping shape where we're going!
Whether you've been at CPC for years or are relatively new, we're looking for people who love Jesus, care about the Church, and want to help make a difference in their community.
What Is the Commitment?
Serving on the 2027 Vision Team is a one-year commitment that involves participating in approximately 10 team meetings throughout the year, with most planning meetings occurring monthly.
Team members will pray together, share ideas, evaluate current ministries, help develop practical plans, and participate in bringing those plans to life.
This is an opportunity to actively contribute to the direction of our church and help carry the vision forward in unity with pastoral leadership.
The plans developed may extend over the following three years, and some members may have opportunities to help lead or support those initiatives beyond 2027.
